These terms govern use of AppMexa websites and Shopify applications. Installing or using an app means the merchant agrees to them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be authorised to act for the Shopify store you connect. You are responsible for account security, staff permissions and activity performed through your store.
Our services
AppMexa provides software that works with Shopify and, for some features, third-party services such as Meta. Those services remain governed by their own terms and can change independently.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services unlawfully, bypass plan limits, interfere with security, test vulnerabilities without permission, transmit malicious code, infringe rights or collect data without required notice and consent.
Plans and billing
Free features are described in the app. Paid plans are approved and billed through Shopify. Charges, trial terms and recurring intervals are shown before approval. Cancellation and refunds follow the terms displayed in Shopify and applicable law.
Merchant responsibilities
You control the Pixel IDs, tokens, event destinations and consent choices you configure. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of this configuration, including compliance with Meta policies and privacy law.
Availability
We aim to operate the service reliably, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, address abuse or change features where needed for security, platform compatibility or product improvement.
Intellectual property
AppMexa and its software, branding and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. Merchants retain ownership of their store data and grant us the limited permission needed to provide the service.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without implied warranties. AppMexa is not responsible for lost advertising performance, third-party platform changes or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed amounts paid for the affected service in the prior six months.
Termination
You may stop using an app by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for material breach, security risk, non-payment or legal requirement. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
